Thank you for placing an order with Rí na Mara, the prompt delivery of your order and customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Orders that are received before 2 pm are dispatched on the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Please expect the following approximate delivery times for your order to reach you:
Within Ireland: 1 to 2 days, Outside Ireland: 5 to 10 days.
For International orders we can only provide estimated delivery times.
I have not received my order ?
If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local Postal sorting office to enquire if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us on +353 (0) 91 553 047, Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm.
My order is being shipped outside the European Union . Will I have to pay customs charges?
For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within our control. Please note that the value of your order will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please either place a separate order for each delivery address or contact Rí na Mara +353 (0) 91 553047 and we would be happy to assist you.
Can I send my order to a new delivery address?
Yes, please enter your delivery address as normal during the checkout process. Please note that even when the name used on your delivery address is different to your billing address, your entire order will be sent to the delivery address along with any complimentary items and brochure.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please contact customer service on +353 (0) 91 553 047 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Products purchased in store can be returned back to the store, with proof of purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
How do I return a product to you?
Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging to returns address below.
Please enclose invoice or note giving your name, address, contact phone number, order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be made in accordance with your original method of payment and will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable on returned items unless we are at fault.

At Rí na Mara, we take the utmost care in packaging our products, however should such an item be damaged upon receipt we will be responsible for the costs to refund or replace the damaged item only. Please contact us immediately if your package and its contents has been damaged in transit.
My order is damaged what should I do ?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at +353 (0) 91 553 047 Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please report any breakages or damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please send these products back to us within 14 working days of receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. We will also refund your postage costs for returning damaged items.

We recommend that customers get a “proof of posting certificate” from your postal service provider when sending a package back to us. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.
Goods bought online cannot be returned to any Rí na Mara stockist.
