Rí na Mara exhibited at Galway 50 Plus Expo which took place in the Galmont Hotel, Galway on Tue 3rd & Wed 4th Sept.
There was lots happening from cookery demos, health & fitness presentations and various talks. I also had the pleasure of meeting author and politician Mary O’Rourke, Mary gave a presentation on ‘Life, politics & literature.
